361 Open Text eDOCS SearchServer Administration (v5.x)
Duration: 2 days
This two-day session explores all of the fundamentals of eDOCS SearchServer administration including: the underlying architecture, building and administering SearchServer tables, populating and editing a table, and managing the indexing of SearchServer tables. The course includes performance and optimization, client-server interaction, and troubleshooting.
The course is run on the Microsoft Windows platform, but training material also covers issues that relate to UNIX installations.
On completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Install SearchServer
- Configure the installation
- Build and maintain tables
- Apply advanced SearchServer features
- Use the SearchServer utilities

Intermediate Administrators
Prerequisites:
Windows Server or UNIX administration experience, Familiarity with SQL recommended
