122 Using the Microsoft Outlook DM Extension (v5.x)

Duration: 1 day

Participants will import and profile documents into eDOCS DM using the Microsoft Outlook interface. They will learn to create versions and sub-versions when editing documents. Participants will use different search methods, as well as create Folders and Workspaces to organize and find their documents. When eDOCS DM is “offline”, participants will learn to work with Attaché to be able keep working with their managed documents. Furthermore, they learn to customize their DM Extension Desktop and set profile defaults.
