By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Configure system options for Physical Objects.
- Configure Physical Item Types and create Storage Facilities.
- Search for and Request Physical Objects.
- Use Transfers to track shipping of Records to and from Storage Facilities.
- Process requests for Physical Objects.

Prerequisites:
- A working knowledge of web browsers and Office applications, 101 Knowledge Fundamentals course, 227 Records Management course (for Version 3.0 or 3.7 of the Records Management module), basic knowledge of Records Management disciplines, knowledge of how your organization manages or will manage records.
