The Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server: Business Consultant Product Certification for Partners was developed to accelerate Certification through a 10 day consecutive program. The focus of the program is to assess the knowledge and experience of Open Text Partners and bridge the knowledge gap through mentoring where required to assist in completing the Certification exam.
- The Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server: Business Consultant Product Certification for Partners - Week 2 has been designed to provide a means for Open Text Partners to achieve Certification.
- Day 1: Certification Pre-requisite 227 Records Management
- Day 2: Introduction to Program and Review of Knowledge Fundamentals and Records Management Function
- Day 3: Review of Workflow and Forms
- Day 4: Workflow Project
- Day 5: Business Consultant Examination
Week Two - Content
Audience:
Skilled Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server Consultants, who have successfully delivered client solutions using Livelink ECM, can take advantage of this program to achieve OTLBC certification.
Prerequisites:
The partner must have attended Week 1 of the program - see 420A (week one of the program) description and outline or must have completed the following courses:
- 101 Knowledge Fundamentals (regular class or first day of week one of this program)
- 120 Workflow Design I
- 223 Designing and Implementing Livelink Forms
- 220 Workflow Design II
- 221 Workflow Design III
- 227 Records Management
