301 Builder Workflow Customization

The Builder Workflow Customization course teaches the object system and methodologies for implementing workflow customizations.
The course begins with important workflow customization information, followed by a focus on when, why, and how to write workflow event scripts. By the end of the course, you will be able to approach workflow customization projects with a solid understanding of the OSpace objects and workflow data structures.
Learn to expand the workflow functionality of Content Server to:
- create new types of workflow tasks,
- trigger custom functionality as "events" occur in workflows (such as the initiation of a workflow or the completion of a step), and
- create new types of workflows and data to be routed in a workflow package.

Prerequisites:
- 300 Builder Fundamentals
- A strong familiarity with workflow functionality, such as that taught in the 232 Workflow Design course.
