Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server Administrator Certification Program - OTLSA

Duration: 3 days

The OTLSA Certification Program is intended for users who have completed the prerequisite Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server courses. It is designed to review and test the skills of Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server Administrators and help them achieve certification.

The program contains three components:

• Review of required material, including sample questions and coaching on key concepts
• System Administration Project, including installing and configuring Livelink ECM to specification
• OTLSA Exam

Audience:

Administrators and Support Specialists who want to achieve OTLSA certification.

Prerequisites:

Participants are required to have completed the following Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server courses before registering for this course:

• 100 Business User (1 day) or 101 Knowledge Fundamentals (3 days)
• 215 Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server System and Search Administration (4 days)
• 209 Advanced Schema & LiveReports (1 day)
• 213 Troubleshooting Course (1 day)

Summary:

Participants will find the experience challenging but highly rewarding, and will have the dedicated support of experienced Livelink mentors throughout the duration of the program. To achieve certification, participants will complete an implementation project and write an exam. Both will be graded to ensure an understanding of the material and concepts.
