OpenText Administrator Certification Program - OTCSSA
Duration: 3 days
The OTCSSA Certification Program is intended for users who have completed the prerequisite Content Server courses. It is designed to review and test the skills of Content Server Administrators and help them achieve certification.
The program contains three components:
- Review of required material, including sample questions and coaching on key concepts
- System Administration Project, including installing and configuring Content Server to specification
- OTCSSA Exam
Audience:
Administrators and Support Specialists who want to achieve OTCSSA certification.
Prerequisites:
Participants are required to have completed the following Content Server courses before registering for this course:
- 101 Knowledge Fundamentals (3 days) OR 100 Business User (1 day) OR 1-0102-eL Essential Concepts in Using Content Server (2 hours) 10 AND 1-0103-eL Advanced Concepts in Using Content Server 10 (4 hours)
- 215 System and Search Administration (5 days)
- 209 Advanced Schema & LiveReports (1 day)
- 230 Troubleshooting (2 days)
Summary:
Participants will find the experience challenging but highly rewarding, and will have the dedicated support of experienced Content Server mentors throughout the duration of the program. To achieve certification, participants will complete an implementation project and write an exam. Both will be graded to ensure an understanding of the material and concepts.

Extra expenses: Customer site course prices do not include instructor travel expenses, which are billed separately.
Reservations: Please provide a minimum of 3 weeks advance notice when arranging courses at customer sites.
