OpenText Consultant Certification Program - OTCSBC

Duration: 4 days

The focus of the OTCSBC Certification Program for Content Server is to assess the knowledge and experience of the attendees, and bridge that knowledge through mentoring where required to aid participants in completing their exams.

The Business Consultant Certification Program has been designed to serve two primary purposes to:

• Provide a means for those organizations with highly skilled Content Server Consultants to achieve certification.
• Provide refresher courses for Consultants to bring them up to speed with techniques and tools available in the latest releases of Content Server.

Audience:

Skilled Content Server Consultants, who have successfully delivered client solutions using OpenText ECM, can take advantage of this program to achieve OTCSBC certification.

Prerequisites:

Participants are required to have completed the following Content Server courses before registering for this course:

• 101 Knowledge Fundamentals (3 days) OR 100 Business User (1 day) OR 1-0102-eL Essential Concepts in Using Content Server (2 hours) 10 AND 1-0103-eL Advanced Concepts in Using Content Server 10 (4 hours)
• 229 Records Management and Physical Objects(2 days)
• 232 Workflow Design (3 days)
• 223 Designing and Implementing Forms (1 day)
