Collections Server System Administration on Linux/UNIX

This workshop teaches installation and maintenance of the Collections Server (formerly BASIS) system on both the Linux and UNIX operating systems, using real-life examples.
This one-day, hands-on course examines system administration functions for Collections Server in a secure, real-world environment. This course equips the student with the knowledge and experience needed to install Collections Server software, manage and monitor the system, address kernel and performance issues, and to respond quickly and with confidence should problems occur.
Audience:
The system administrator or manager responsible for the installing and maintaining a Collections Server system.
