Partners in this category develop and provide technologies that enhance the core functionality of Open Text software and solutions.

Technology Partner Profile

These partners offer Open Text customers best-of-breed technology components that are seamlessly integrated with Open Text products and services. A typical Technology Partner will have:

• application product development and sales experience,
• product offerings that provide value to the Open Text business community,
• the ability to evolve projects into products with full support, including maintenance, marketing collateral, documentation, product strategy and more,
• the ability to produce technology relevant and complementary to Open Text's product release schedules, and
• the ability to incorporate other sales channels into their sales model.

Participation Levels

• Select Level—The Select Level is our entry level and accommodates partners who are interested in integrating with Open Text solutions or developing new applications based on the Open Text family of products but are not quite ready to make a revenue commitment. Annual participation fee includes base-level support and partner-specific communications.
• Premier Level—Ideal for partners who are actively selling or co-selling their solutions with Open Text, Premier Level participation offers a high level of support from Open Text in return for a strong commitment to working with Open Text in many areas. A minimum annual revenue commitment must be maintained along with the annual participation fee. Premier partners have a named contact for account management.
• Platinum Level—This level is designed for partners who are in a position to make significant commitments to their Open Text partnership. Platinum Level partners collaborate with all operational groups within Open Text to develop, sell, and service solutions based on the Open Text family of products. At this level, there is a required annual revenue commitment, with a minimum annual investment in Open Text-related activity. Platinum partners receive dedicated account management.
