The Alliance Program
Our Alliance Program creates an extended organization to develop technologies, repeatable service offerings, and turnkey solutions that enhance the way our customers leverage Open Text products.
Always on the cutting edge, we work closely with our partners to support and implement new and evolving industry standards.
Program Overview
We create mutually beneficial relationships with consulting systems integrators, and software and hardware developers that augment and extend Open Text products and services. Through these relationships, Open Text and its partners are able to fulfill key market objectives, drive new business, establish a competitive advantage and create demonstrable business value.
There are three categories of partnerships and alliances, along with three levels of participation available in each category. The category or categories a partner or alliance belongs to is dictated by the value their assortment of product and service offerings add to the Open Text solution suite.
Services—Services Partners are primarily system integrators and consulting and outsourcing firms with the vision and capability to combine their expertise together with Open Text products and services to deliver high-value customer solutions. In addition, they have the proven ability to automate and re-engineer complex business processes. Their expertise may include: strategy, design, implementation, change management, project management, customization and specific vertical market and domain expertise.
Solutions—Solution Partners deliver comprehensive, repeatable solutions utilizing Open Text products and services that target a specific business unit or vertical industry. Their expertise may include: vertical domain expertise, systems integration, and application development.
Technology—Technology Partners are vendors whose software and/or hardware offerings both complement and extend the value of Open Text product offerings. These partners offer Open Text customers best-of-breed technology components, seamlessly integrated with Open Text products and services. Their expertise may include: hardware and software components, DBMS, and specific application environments.
