Under the terms of the agreement, Primavera will integrate Livelink® with PrimeContract, Primavera's online project collaboration, commerce and control portal for the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry.

As a part of PrimeContract, Open Text's Livelink will offer PrimeContract subscribers the ability to store, share and update project data as well as control business and project management processes more effectively with built-in workflows.

Open Text's Open Interchange Architecture™ (OIA) provides an extensible framework designed to quickly integrate Livelink with front-end interfaces and back-end applications for scalable community-based applications.
