Open Text’s Livelink Solution will serve as the foundation of a new global knowledge management service.

Highlights of the agreement include the following:

• Livelink is a core application of Syncordia Solutions’ new global knowledge management service
• Livelink’s market reach is extended to Syncordia Solutions’ more than 27,000 corporate clients in 92 countries
• Syncordia Solutions is a licensed reseller and ASP Affinity Partner of Open Text, as well as a managed solution provider
• Syncordia Solutions supports Concert, the joint venture between BT and AT&T
