What is OpenText Elite?

You asked. We delivered. Introducing a new simplified and improved customer and partner loyalty program that further recognizes your time and backing when you participate in designated activities that support our mutual success—all while elevating your status as an industry leader.

At OpenText we realize that Enterprise Information Management (EIM) success depends on many factors. However, the dedication of our customers and partners is essential. When you succeed, we want to recognize your dedication and achievements by sharing your experiences with the greater EIM community.

Who can join Elite?

Customers who offer their time and support benefit by participating in reference program activities such as press releases, success stories, or speaking to prospective customers about their success with OpenText software.

Partners are rewarded by successfully completing defined activities during a given time period as part of their Global Partner Program requirements.

What’s in it for you?

The Elite program engages with innovators, enterprise architects, developers, and business and information technology leaders who are passionate about information to educate, grow, and transform their organizations into Information Enterprises. The program enables you to leverage your success to gain positive exposure with your own management, share your experiences with your peers, and create brand awareness with a global audience. What are “My OT Points”?

Many of our customers and partners dedicate their time and support by sharing their experiences with prospects, analysts, media and the partner community. For customers sharing your story or for partners participating in partner-related activities, OpenText wants to reward your loyalty by offering you the opportunity to earn points.

Depending on your role as a customer or partner, you can select from a variety of program activities that align with your goals and interests. Redeem your OT Points towards passes to attend the annual Enterprise World user conference, professional or learning services.
