Description
The Governance of the Content Ecosystem includes the organizational structures to properly support, encourage adoption, sustain and evolve the ECM applications and solutions. The student will explore The Design and implementation of coordinated set of governance mechanisms helps Organizational committees and roles that locate decision-making responsibilities according to intended archetypes, provides techniques for securing widespread involvement and provides communication mechanisms for the establishment of the necessary guidelines, policies, procedures, intended to foster the vitality of enterprise content use within the organization. During this session, you'll uncover the use of a Governance Framework designed to encourage adoption and accountability for the management of enterprise content.
