Description

Learn how to successfully realize and deploy business processes in Open Text Content Server (formerly known as Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server) using the Open Text Business Process methodology. In this course you will walk through the major phases of business process and workflow implementations including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development, and deployment. Learn the steps to identifying, capturing, and managing requirements using a combination of use cases, process diagramming, and appropriate documentation. In the analysis and design phase learn how to determine which Content Server technologies to employ to meet the requirements, including techniques on how to choose between workflow attributes and forms; PDF vs. HTML forms; workflows vs. task lists; and how to use other Enterprise Server technologies to meet your requirements. For the development phase learn from experienced consultants how to quickly construct form and workflow solutions using best practices straight from the field. In the deployment phase learn how to effectively transition a development project to a supported, production application.
