Enterprise Program

Open Text offers a unique set of opportunities for organizations sending ten or more people to Open Text Content World 2009. When you participate in the Enterprise Program, the individual registration fee is $1,295 US (regular fee $1,895) for each person in your group. That's a savings of $4,000 (based on ten people)!

• Early Bird Enterprise Conference Fee - $1,295/per person (extended through to October 30, 2009)
• Enterprise Conference Fee - $1,495/per person (until September 25, 2009)
• Standard Conference Fee - $1,895/per person

Your Content World Registration Fee includes the following:

• All General Sessions
• All Breakout Sessions
• ECM Pavilion (Partner Exhibits, Open Text Pods, Innovation Lab)
• Gala Dinner and GlobalStar Awards, Tuesday
• Breakfast and Lunch, Wednesday and Thursday
• Dinner and Evening Entertainment, Thursday
• Conference proceedings
• Receptions and Industry Peer-to-Peer Meetings, Tuesday and Friday

Note: All fees must be paid before entrance to the conference is permitted.

Your Enterprise Registration also includes the following:

• All members of the Enterprise Group will receive the discounted conference registration rate. Enterprise Early Bird applies through to October 30, 2009.
• Each attendee will receive a 15% discount off the regular fee for all Content World 2009 pre- and post-conference workshops and courses.
• Members of Enterprise Groups will have the opportunity to participate in a 30-minute meeting with an Open Text executive.
• Reserved seating for breakfast and lunch on the Wednesday or Thursday of the conference.
• During breakfast or lunch, Open Text representatives will be available for an informal discussion about what is important to your organization.

To make the registration process easy for everyone in your organization, please note the following before registering your group:

• A group consists of ten or more people from the same organization.
• All individuals in a group must register at the same time in order to receive the group discount.
• Registering your Enterprise Group is done at Group Registration.
• The Early Bird Enterprise Program registration runs through to October 30.

**If your group falls below ten members, it will no longer be eligible for the Enterprise Program. The remaining attendees are responsible to find a replacement or pay the full conference fee.
