Dear Customer,

First, thank you for allocating time to join us in Orlando on October 25-30 to network, share ideas and hear from experts on your products and those in the wider Open Text portfolio. As the Director of Product Marketing for the Web Solutions Group, I would like to take this opportunity to share my suggested conference breakout sessions based on a few key topic areas that relate to Web Content Management.

Top of mind for many of our customers is the vision, strategy and longterm roadmap of Open Text Web Solutions (RedDot) and the WCM products as a whole. We have carved out key sessions to share with you our current status and offer you the opportunity to give feedback and influence on our next releases.

With the number of business and technical breakouts, customer case studies, best practice seminars, and thought leadership sessions navigating the list can be daunting. I have outlined 4 different tracks that might appeal to you based on your interest.

  • Focused completely on Web Content Management?
  • Looking to add Social Media to your WCM deployment?
  • Want to enrich your WCM system with Rich media?
  • Wondering how to incorporate ECM into your WCM environment?

I hope that you will find this helpful as you build your Agenda for this year's Content World. Don't forget to mark all of the general sessions and conference workshops in your Agenda builder too.

I look forward to meeting you in Orlando this October!

Roadmap Sessions

Roadmap sessions are the most highly attended track sessions at the conference and we have added two more specifically to address your questions around the strategy of Web Content Management following the acquisition of Vignette. The Web Business session is an overview of the entire WCM suite of products and the Web Solutions (RedDot) detailed technical roadmap discussion follows. We will layout our vision for the next 3 years and give you an opportunity to ask questions and setup meetings with us about your implementation in particular.
