As the Customer Relationship Manager for the Canadian Public Sector, I would like to take this opportunity to share my suggested conference "path" for Content World, Open Text's annual global user conference.

With about 125 sessions — including business and technical breakouts, customer case studies, best practice seminars, and thought leadership breakouts focusing on business challenges and emerging trends in ECM – deciding which ones to attend can be overwhelming.
