Using Your Calendar
Creating a personalized agenda is fast and easy.
- Register For Open Text Content World
- Login to Your Calendar
- Add Sessions to Your Calendar
- Remove Sessions in Your Calendar
- Modify Your Calendar
Register For Open Text Content World
You must be registered for Content World to add or delete sessions:
- Visit the Registration page.
- Under Register for Open Text Content World, select a Content World 2009 Registration package and click Add To Cart.
- Click Checkout and follow instructions on the screen to complete the registration process. After placing your order, you are ready to build your agenda.
Login to Your Calendar
You must be signed in to view Your Calendar:
- Visit Your Calendar.
- When prompted by the system, sign in under Existing Customer with your email and password.
Add Sessions to Your Calendar
We have pre-populated Your Calendar with mandatory track sessions (e.g. the Gala Dinner & Kick-Off).
- Expand unscheduled timeslots in Your Calendar to view available sessions. You can:
- Click Please select a session for this slot to expand the timeslot.
- Or Click here to hide sessions for this timeslot to collapse the timeslot.
- Click Add to Calendar beside your session.You can add one session per timeslot.
- Or Add to Waiting List under Status if the session is full.
- Your Calendar will automatically update and show the session Status as
Scheduled or Waitlisted
Remove Scheduled/Waitlisted Sessions in Your Calendar
- In the Your Calendar tab, click Remove from your calendar beside your session.
- Your Calendar will update to display all available sessions in that timeslot.
Note: You will not be able to remove mandatory track sessions (e.g. the Gala Dinner & Kick-Off).
Modify Your Calendar
- Click on the Session Finder tab to view available sessions by date and time. Schedule or un-schedule sessions right there in the Search Results.
- Click New Search in the Session Finder's Search Results to search by focus, industry, track, keyword, or date and time. Use the options in the search results to modify Your Calendar.
- Learn about the tracks in theProgram Overview. Click a track name to view the sessions of a given track. Use the options in the search results to modify Your Calendar.
- Visit the Agenda to view the entire Content World Conference program at a glance.
