During their deployment of Open Text Document Management, eDOCS Edition (formerly eDOCS DM), Fox Rothschild was experiencing performance and product issues that they were unable to resolve. An Open Text technical support specialist came onsite to help. A system audit was conducted, recommendations were made and best practices discussed. After implementing the changes, the system stabilized and Fox could continue and complete their rollout.
