One of the most challenging aspects of content management is collaborative authoring and review of documents. Serial reviews fail to keep all stakeholders informed and lead to multiple review cycles. Separate simultaneous reviews necessitate the difficult task of reconciling multiple versions of a document. ZymoGenetics, together with Global Cents, created a streamlined, efficient workflow to automatically create, manage, and conduct concurrent reviews within PleaseReview. The workflow retrieves the final document, routes it for electronic signature approvals, and accurately archives the finished document in the repository. This integration of PleaseReview with the Workflow feature of Open Text Content Server (formerly Livelink ECM - Enterprise Server) improves review and approval processes across the enterprise.
