[-] Hide Outline A few years ago, Marathon Oil embarked on an enterprise content records management program designed to improve business processes, proactively manage important records in accordance with compliance, legal and policy requirements and give employees new ways to share business content. An important element of this effort is the implementation of Open Text's eDiscovery solution, Early Case Assessment, to identify, search, and collect relevant information from across the enterprise for discovery, regulatory and compliance requests. The goal of this approach is to defensibly manage and reduce the costs to eDiscovery requests.
