Program Overview – Tracks


ECM Suite Track

This track addresses the common components of the ECM Suite, including an overall ECM Suite architecture, the roadmap, and the common components of Enterprise Library Services, Enterprise Process Services, and Enterprise Connect. View breakout sessions.

Empower Track

The Empower track focuses on increasing productivity, user engagement, and information capture throughout the enterprise to help deliver new channels for innovation and competitive advantage. Key areas of focus are collaboration, document management, social networking, Web content, and digital asset management. View breakout sessions.

Agility Track

The Agility track focuses on creation of agility and innovation of transactional and process-centric content. Key areas of focus are transactional content, process automation, archiving, document capture, and forms processing and solution areas such as Accounts Payable. View breakout sessions.

Control Track

The sessions within the Control track will focus on reducing operational costs and mitigating corporate risk. Key areas of focus will be Information Governance and eDiscovery. Key solutions will include the lifecycle management and discovery of unstructured content generated by the ECM Suite, Email, Microsoft, SAP, and other enterprise applications. Best Practices & Implementation Track
