Hello and welcome to the first ever Open Text Content World conference, the evolution of LiveLinkUp, eDOCS Summit, LegalKey Convergence, and RedDot Days.

First, let me introduce myself. My name is Jeremy Reed, Director of Product Marketing here at Open Text. I have the privilege of being the Program Manager for this new, amalgamated event so I'll be blogging regularly, keeping you in the loop on all developments.

A seasoned veteran of LiveLinkUp, I've spoken with many of you over the years about what you want from the event, and what you've liked and disliked. I've also pored over the post-event surveys from recent conferences.

I can tell you that the Content World team has been working hard, designing the conference to reflect all your valuable feedback.

Here are a few of the things you asked for:

• More peer-to-peer activities and have them earlier in the conference
• Update the kick-off Gala dinner
• Extend access to the Pavilion and Usability Lab
• Repeat popular sessions
• Post the program sooner
• Reduce the number of general sessions
• Focus more on my products

Over the coming weeks and months, you'll see that we've listened very carefully to you and I think you'll agree that Content World delivers on these requests, and more.
