• Breakfast and lunch (Wednesday and Thursday)

How to Register

To begin, decide how to register. You may choose to register for:

• Conference Only - if you register for the conference only at this time, you can return to the Web site and register for workshops and⁄or courses later.
• Workshops/Courses Only - You may attend these sessions separately from the conference. If you register for workshops and⁄or courses only at this time, you can return to the Web site and register for the conference later.
• Conferences and Workshops⁄Courses - You may choose to register for the conference and workshops and⁄or courses at this time.

Your Registration Number

You will need your registration number if you select workshops and⁄or courses after completing your conference registration. Please bring this number with you to the conference.

Your credit card payment will be processed immediately. Your fee will be calculated and billed in US Dollars.

Payment at the Conference

Payment by credit card is the only accepted method of payment at the conference. We will not accept checks or purchase orders at the conference.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund (minus a 25% cancellation fee) Open Text must receive all cancellations in writing before October 14, 2008.

There are no refunds after October 14, 2008.

Workshops and Courses

Each session is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up early!

You can select sessions now or after registering for the conference program. If you choose to select these sessions later, please click the 'Add to Cart' button beside the appropriate session and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

For any withdrawals or changes, please contact contentworld@opentext.com

The workshop and course schedule is subject to change. The Open Text Training Registrar will contact you if there are changes to the schedule of the session(s) that you have selected.

If you would like to attend a session that is already full, please let us know. We will contact you if the space becomes available or a session is added due to the popularity of the session.

Breakfast and lunch are included in your workshop/course fees.

Badges and Admittance

You will receive your official Content World badge at the conference. This badge identifies you as a conference attendee and guarantees your entrance to all events, including meal functions.

Please wear your badge at all times. This applies to all attendees.

Full-conference attendee meals are included in your registration fee. Please let us know of any special meal requirements that you may have.

Guest Pass

Take advantage of our Guest Pass program that would allow your Guest (age 21 or older) to join you at our evening events. Guests are not permitted in the general sessions, conference sessions, or daily meals.

The meeting rooms and seated functions are smoke-free. In all other areas, please regard the smoking policy of the facility.

The conference proceedings include solutions presented by customers, partners, and Open Text staff. Proceedings are ideal if you were unable to attend a session while at the conference.
