Thomas (Tom) Leeson is Industry Strategist for the Manufacturing sector at OpenText. Leeson is an Engineer by trade and a Mathematician by education. He has nearly 40 years of experience working in the manufacturing sector, first within Aerospace, Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing companies, where he introduced computational techniques, then moving into the Engineering and Manufacturing IT sector. For the last 22 years, Leeson has fulfilled various senior roles with manufacturing software specialists Dassault Systemes, SmarTeam PLM, Computervision, PTC and the Artificial Intelligence Company Aion.

Leeson is passionate about engineering and manufacturing and began his career with a traditional engineering apprenticeship as a Precision Engineer servicing the Oil and Gas, Mining, and Automotive industries in Scotland before moving on to design analysis careers with British Aerospace (BAe) and Jaguar Cars. With BAe he received a master's in Computation Mathematics relating to Computer Aided Engineering.

Ryan Colaço is Principal Strategic Business Architect in the OpenText Value Engineering organization. The Value Engineering team supports clients across a variety of industries throughout the entire value lifecycle, from leading engagements around business transformation to developing business justification for their digital strategy programs.

Colaço has been with OpenText for five years and works closely with OpenText's most strategic customers in North America. He focuses on the Manufacturing and Oil and Gas industry and brings in deep experience with the Cloud, having led as Practice and Engagement Manager for our Cloud Services organization. Colaço holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and prior to OpenText, his career consisted of various business consulting roles in the supply chain and software space.
