Open Text Online

Open Text Online provides a range of resources for partners through the Open Text Online entry and information web portal, where you can get an overview of available resources.

The Open Text Online Communities, which you can join through an automated registration process, and gives you access to a community of users and useful documentation, including presentations from all recent Open Text LiveLinkUp user conferences and regional meetings and electronic copies of the ECM Trilogy books.

Partner Portal

The Open Text Online Global Partner Portal, which provides information of specific interest to partners. You will need a pre-assigned account. If you do not have an account, but your organization is an active partner, please instruct a member of your organization with a pre-existing account to complete the following online form. There is no limit to the number of accounts your organization can have, but they must be formally requested by pre-existing accounts through this form.

The same credentials for the Global Partner Portal can be used to access other resources through the Open Text Online Support portal which provides entry in to the Knowledge Center and other resources for product documentation, patches, product-related discussions, etc and is available to designated staff of partners.
