SCP Program Objectives
The Open Text Global Partner Program provides the foundation for a long-term, successful partnership between your organization and Open Text.
The Open Text SCP Program complements our Global Partner Program with targeted training and certification programs focused on the products Open Text offers for the SAP market. With a comprehensive set of program benefits, the Open Text SCP Program helps SAP Services and Channel Partners to succeed in selling and implementing solutions for this growing market.
For the SCP Program, Open Text is seeking partners that clearly differentiate themselves from other competitors in the market - companies that are highly committed, innovative, and growth-oriented with excellent project, industry and process knowledge.
SCP Program Categories
The SCP Program has two partner categories: ”Core” and “Extended”. A partner’s business model and corporate strategy determines the SCP Program category into which they fit.
SCP Core:
| The "Core" category encompasses SAP Services Partners such as system integrators and consulting firms. An SCP Core partner focuses on implementation and delivery services for the Open Text products that SAP resells (SAP Archiving by Open Text, SAP Document Access by Open Text, SAP Invoice Management by Open Text). The services that SCP Core partners provide may include strategy, design, customization, implementation, project management and change management. |
SCP Extended: | The "Extended" category is designed for SAP Services Partners and SAP Channel Partners. As with SCP Core partners, partners in the "Extended" category provide full implementation and delivery service for SAP Archiving by Open Text, SAP Document Access by Open Text or SAP Invoice Management by Open Text. In addition, SCP Extended partners have the opportunity to earn service and license revenue around a set of Open Text follow-on solutions for the SAP market that extend the SAP reselling products.
