Government objectives in Forestry focus on the creation and implementation of systems that sustain forest resources and services. Forest management is a branch of forestry that deals with the overall administrative, economic, legal, social, scientific and technical aspects of forestry, and includes forest regulations. ECM connects forestry staff to implement forest management programs, supervise the forest industry and work with other natural resources departments, agencies or organizations to provide maximize benefits relating to wildlife, recreation and water.
