Adult Care
Government adult care policies aim to improve the quality of life for adults who are receiving of social and healthcare services. Legislation is implemented to help identify adults at risk, to provide support to them when they need it, and to provide the means to protect them from harm. To maintain the rights of these individuals, the government must work very closely with caregivers and serve as a link between the community and adult care homes to increase involvement and awareness of the residents in these homes. ECM brings key stakeholders together for secure collaboration and communications, and helps aid in the dissemination of program information, delivering access to key contacts, legislation and claim submissions.
