| 335 Implementing Document Management using eDOCS DM (v5.x) | In this five day class, participants receive a detailed overview of the technology and architecture of eDOCS DM. They will be able to install and configure DM Server / DM Web Server, and generate Libraries for the storage of documents. Participants will also use DM Designer to design customized profile and search forms, as well as modify the DM database. They will integrate and configure applications and setup the DM Indexer to enable full-text indexing of documents. Furthermore, they learn to install DM Extensions using the default MSI files and customized MSI scripts.Click here for additional information and registration. |
| 3035 Implementing Document Management using DM (v6.x) | This three day course is intended for new DM administrators, integrators or consultants intending to deploy and customize a document management system based on DM. This five-day course covers the generation of a DM Library, installing DM Server, DM Web Server, application integration and client options, and performing Library Maintenance. It also covers basic customization of the DM Webtop, and the use of the client interfaces: DM Webtop and DM Extensions (Windows Explorer DM Extension and Microsoft Outlook DM Extension). | 333 What's New in OpenText eDOCS DM v5.3 | This one-day course is geared to existing eDOCS DM administrators wishing to move to eDOCS DM v5.3. In class you will upgrade to eDOCS DM v.5.3 using the new Microsoft Installer (MSI) scripted installs. After installation, you will configure Multiple File Formats for several applications, customize Microsoft Office 2010, and customize MSI scripts. This course also covers using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), additional Save User Interface enhancements , additional Search variables, and enhancements to the Microsoft Outlook 2010 integration.Click here for additional information and registration. |

| 338 Configuring the Dynamic Views for eDOCS DM | Would your users like to view their documents in a more hierarchical tree structure? Why not use Dynamic Views? Do you want a more uniform folder structure in your Dynamic Views? This virtual structure could be based upon your profile lookup information such as clients/matters, document types, or your custom fields. Learn how Specific searches could be created and added to your Dynamic Views to enhance the searching capabilities for your users. We will also be working with Base Templates that allow your users to create new folders for a more uniformed structure. Technical Services Programs, Services, Utilities and Workshops include Premier Support, Operational Readiness, Managed Services, Health Checks, Performance Checks, Site Audits, Security Checks, Disaster Recovery Planning, Capacity Planning, on-site and remote technical assistance, standby support and many more.

| Operational Readiness Program | The Operational Readiness Program is essential for new Open Text solution deployments where building a solid Service Management Plan and customer team to execute it is crucial to its overall success. The program places a strong emphasis on the creation of, and mentoring on, the SOPs needed to effectively support and administer the solution being deployed, and then providing assigned Open Text resources and other key components during the initial stages of production deployment. | eDOCS Health Check Service | A Health Check is a “fine-tooth comb” audit of configuration settings (OpenText application, related database and web server configuration). This service is valuable for customers that have recently deployed, are undergoing regular changes to their deployment, or are looking for guidance and assurances with regard to the configuration of their system.
