Overview
Delivering the board’s Risk Management strategy and governance model for the processes of a financial institution involves a complex and highly interconnected series of challenges.
To enable effective and compliant risk management, institutions must ensure they are meeting the internal model of operational risk as well as the requirements outlined by regulators – voluntary, association or government mandated. Transparency and evidentiary processes must underpin this across scoring, underwriting, fraud and regulatory reporting and the ability to manage, collate and monitor related content is critical; especially in an environment of increased litigation from institutions, regulators and individuals.
