Open Text Connect is a single sign-on solution that enables Open Text customers to use the same login credentials to register for events, download white papers, view podcasts, and access Open Text Online Communities.
What areas can I NOT access using Open Text Connect?
Open Text Knowledge Center and Solutions Central.

I have an existing account for Open Text Online Communities. How do I login using Open Text Connect?
All usernames are now the members' email address. Login using your email address. If you recieve a Login failed message, click on the "I forgot my password" link to reset your password.
I attempted to login, and received the following error message, "Incorrect user name. Your username is the business email address you used to sign up for this account."
First, ensure you're entering your email address correctly. If you're still receiving the same error, then you don't have an account for that email address. Register for an account.
I registered for an account, but did not receive a validation email.
Add connect@opentext.com to your email safe senders list, then contact connect@opentext.com.
I used the Password Recovery, but did not receive a Password Recovery email.
Add connect@opentext.com to your email safe senders list, then try the Password Recovery again. If you still don't receive the Password Recovery email, contact connect@opentext.com.
My email address has changed. How do I change my username?
Login with your existing account email address. After logging in, click on the "Change Email Address" link. Update your email address. This will also change your login email address (username).
