OpenText Support Program customers receive convenient access to software upgrades, a support knowledge base, discussions, product information and an on-line mechanism to post and review trouble tickets, all through the OpenText's Online Support Portal.

All end users of OpenText ECM products can join the OpenText Online Communities where they will gain access to a range of online communities, blogs, discussions groups, recorded webinars, presentations and newsletters that help them use these products effectively.
