Get individualized, hands-on training at one of our world-wide training and educational facilities. The format is in a lecture/lab setting, with an emphasis on hands-on learning.

All of our training facilities are equipped with Windows-based PC workstations, Internet connections and state of the art projection systems to ensure the highest quality learning environment for our students.

Facilities and Locations

OpenText has numerous Education Facilities located in major cities around the world. If we don't have an Education Facility in close proximity, we can contract a high quality training facility to deliver a course at a center near you.

Hours

Depending on the location, courses and workshops begin each day between 9 - 10am and end between 4:00 and 5:00p.m. For specific times please refer to your Training Confirmation email that is sent to you once you have successfully registered or contact the appropriate OpenText training center.

For Virtual Classroom courses - please refer to your Confirmation Email for start and end times as these will vary from region to region.

Participation

Courses and workshops that are held at an OpenText Customer Education Center or designated training facility require a minimum of 4 participants. Most courses have a maximum of 12 students.

Attire

Our offices operate in a casual atmosphere, so we recommend that you dress casually and comfortably.

Meals and Snacks

Lunch will be provided. Please indicate on your registration form whether you prefer a vegetarian meal.

Cancellation Policy

Customers cancelling a registration or changing course dates for a course held at an OpenText Customer Education Centre must do so at least 10 business days in advance in order to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. This fee can be credited towards another course taken by the same student within 3 months of the original course. Substitutions can be made without penalty up until the first day of the course. OpenText reserves the right to cancel a course at least 5 business days in advance of the course commencing. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, an alternative will be offered, and every effort will be made to reschedule the course as soon as possible.
