FirstClass offers a variety of training options for both administrators and end-users seeking to learn more about FirstClass products and solutions. Training program options include FirstClass courses (instructor-led in a lab/lecture format), e-Learning (Web-based, self-paced learning programs for FirstClass product packages), Educational Planning (analysis of education needs, curriculum outcomes and timelines, and the development of an appropriate educational plan), and Custom Curriculums (customized education programs to meet the needs of a business of education organization).

First Class eLearning Courses

All of our eLearning courses are facilitator led, with a mix of individual attention and group interaction. Typical time commitment is approximately 10-12 hours per week with four weeks available for course completion.
