OpenText Social Workplace Mobile for Apple iOS™

Setting up OpenText Social Workplace Mobile on Your iPhone™, iPod touch®, or iPad®

The OpenText Social Workplace Mobile application for iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad is available for download at no cost to exisitng OpenText Social Workplace (formerly OpenText Social Media) users on the Apple iTunes™ App Store. Click here to download now.

Once you have downloaded the OpenText Social Workplace Mobile application for iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad from the App Store, please follow the simple instructions below to configure your iPhone, iPod touch, or iPad:

1. Tap on the OTSW icon on your device. All other icons on this screenshot are the default Apple icons in their default locations.

2. Fill in your Server name, User ID and Password. The Server name is the IP address or DNS name of your server. If you do not know your server name, please contact your administrator.

The top arrow button will allow you to pick between multiple saved server logins if you've configured more than one.

 

3. The bottom "i" button leads you to the following screen:

The screen allows you to set a few basic configuration options.
