• Integration: RKYV CLM provides a comprehensive range of facilities that enable seamless integration with other systems and applications. These use an ActiveX API for integration with third-party Windows applications. By embedding the ActiveX API into other applications, users need only a single application to access data and documents that reside in both their core systems and RKYV CLM. RKYV EDRM Client, RKYV Windows Client, and RKYV SmartOffice clients all use the SOAP API to communicate with the other RKYV CLM components.
• Workflow (Accessflow): This component permits business logic to be automated and enforced through graphically constructed and directly scripted workflows. With full access to the RKYV API set and integrated database triggers, Accessflow enables comprehensive workflow creation thus further increasing the flexibility of the product. Meeting all enterprise needs. Accessflow discriminates between group and individual inboxes and can apply workflow to single documents or multiple document batches.
• Email Management (RKYV Smart Archive): Controlling the flow of information contained in emails is one of the biggest challenges facing any organisation in the public or private sectors. RKYV CLM is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook, Groupwise, and Lotus Notes allowing users to save emails directly from the application into the RKYV CLM repository. In addition, it offers users the ability to organise their emails by allowing the creation of rules by which emails are moved automatically from their inbox to a specified RKYV CLM location.
• Offline Working (RKYV Smart Work): RKYV CLM allows mobile users to benefit from access to the information held in the EDRM repository, while still maintaining document control at all times. RKYV Smart Archive ensures that information is fully synchronised at any time and version conflicts are managed through intuitive warning screens that ensure that version control is fully maintained.
