OpenText User Experience Services provide a set of shared services for OpenText ECM Suite products that enable to content to be delivered to users in a range of interfaces, including Web-based, Microsoft Office/Windows desktop, portals (including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server), and mobile devices.

User adoption and productivity is critical to the success of any software investment, but not all users have the same needs in terms of the way in which information is presented to them. Users peforming tasks in SAP Business Suite applications need to see information in the context of SAP interfaces. Frequent business travelers need the convenience of being able to access content and tasks via mobile devices. Information workers who spend most of their time working in Microsoft Office applications will be most productive if content can be accessed via those applications. Some companies may have already invested in portal frameworks and want content displayed within the portal interface.

OpenText Enterprise Connect provides users with access to all their business content and processes from multiple sources (OpenText ECM Suite; OpenText eDOCS, or Microsoft SharePoint) directly from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and browser-based interfaces.

• Open Text Everywhere delivers content from the OpenText ECM Suite to mobile devices such as RIM BlackBerry, removing the constraints of enterprise boundaries and enabling businesses to enhance productivity, increase revenues, and maximize competitive advantage.

• OpenText Portal enables you to create Web sites with rich content and applications, supporting personalized interactions with customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. It is uniquely able to serve internet sites that have high performance and scalability requirements in addition to classic intranet or business process portal implementations.
