Media and content hubs serve multiple channels including on-line web content management, marketing and agency workflow processes, brand management, social networking, distance learning, corporate training, and archiving. To better serve all these channels, OpenText tools capture metadata, migrate and transform content, manage workflow tasks and processes to increase productivity across the organization. Automated and manually assisted workflows, driven by the business process and workflow engine, mitigates human error and the ability to auto-generate digital content just-in-time for multi-format, multi-platform, multi-channel distribution and delivery. Enhanced search adds a layer of intelligence to make sense of large content repositories. OpenText Media Management is already using faceted search and content analytics to provide contextual and meaningful search results. We have an enterprise process engine and business process management systems to define, refine and automate workflows. We also have flexible data models and tools to migrate data and content to be managed as a single ecosystem.
