Nasdaq OMX deployed OpenText BPS solutions to administer changes to the master financial data structures used across applications, data warehouses and transactional systems within the company. The solution fosters a more open and transparent working relationship and all commissioning supplier interactions occur within one coherent area, strengthening the channel's brand. This reduces confusion, frustration and encourages the production companies to work more closely with Channel 4.
PSCU Financial Services
PSCU Financial Services was looking to enhance their internal customer experience and for the 600 plus financial institutions it supports by creating service efficiencies through reducing phone calls, faxes and time spent resolving service issues. The OpenText BPS solution enables a seamless execution of service requests, complete with the successful transfer of data from disparate sources, tracking of requests, and paperless process automation.
