Open Text and Logica Extend Partnership

Logica Joins Open Text Global Partner Program for SAP® Competence

London, UK - 2009-09-15 - Open Text Corporation, a global leader in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), has extended its partnership with Logica, a leading IT and business services company, with Logica successfully joining the Open Text Global Partner Program for SAP Competence.

Under the agreement, Logica will deliver and support the Open Text ECM Suite for SAP Solutions. The Logica SAP Practice has invested heavily in technical certification and training to build the resources required to deliver SAP Archiving by Open Text, SAP Document Access by Open Text and SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, each of which are resold by SAP. The companies, together with SAP, will collaborate on the implementation of joint market offerings, based on the Open Text ECM Suite for SAP Solutions, in conjunction with a range of consulting, systems integration, application management and managed operation services from Logica.

Open Text have successfully integrated with SAP for two decades, delivering solutions to more than 3,000 SAP customer sites around the world. Its ECM Suite for SAP Solutions offers a complete range of capabilities for managing and archiving business documents incoming/outgoing invoices, orders, delivery notes, quality certificates, human resources documents that originate from customers SAP applications.
