Open Text Appoints Geac Computer Corporation Vice-Chair Stephen J. Sadler to Board of Directors

Waterloo, ON - 1997-10-21 - -- Open Text Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX) today announced the appointment of Stephen J. Sadler, Vice Chairman of one of Canada's fastest growing information technology firms and a leading specialist in mergers and acquisitions, to its Board of Directors.
