LAVA Systems And J.D. Edwards Extend Joint Product Alliance Agreement

LAVA First Document Management Provider Certified on both WorldSoftware and OneWorld

Waterloo, ON - 1998-02-02 - -- J.D. Edwards® (NASDAQ: JDEC) and LAVA Systems Inc. (TSE: LVA) today announced they have extended their product alliance agreement to add LAVA Systems document management solutions to J.D. Edwards WorldSoftware . With the technological capabilities and functionality of LAVA s product set, specifically the LAVA Enabler , LAVA can now offer companies and organizations with J.D. Edwards WorldSoftware, complete document management, imaging, workflow and COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) integration with their line-of-business application.
