Open Text's Livelink further penetrates Japanese market
More than 100 customers sign on as Japan continues to be strategic market for collaborative knowledge management vendor

OTEX) today announced that its presence in Japan is growing rapidly and
its customer base now stands at more than 100 organizations.

Livelink customers in Japan include Canon Inc., Toshiba, Oki Electric, NTT
Data Corporation, Taisei, Hitachi Hokkai Semiconductor, National Center
for Science Information Systems, several Japanese government offices and
ministries, National Diet Library and the National Space Development
Agency of Japan.
Open Text Affinity Partners Canon Sales Co. Inc. and Nissho Iwai
Corporation play a central strategic role in Open Text s growth in Japan.
Both companies have been involved in localizing Open Text s Livelink
products for that market.
