The struggle for new and better ways to bring people and information together is a constant in large organizations, said Kirk Roberts, President, Livelink ECM Division at Open Text. ECM on an enterprise scale is the answer for a more complete solution to these challenges. But in order to succeed, organizations need more user-friendly online environments and collaboration tools to engage staff, improve user adoption and help people work more productively together. They also need the flexibility to deliver all the information users need in the business processes that drive an organization.

Roberts adds, We took these needs into account with this new version of Livelink ECM Enterprise Server. We re giving customers the latest innovations in content collaboration and capture, adding major improvements in usability and performance, and giving customers unmatched interoperability so that they can manage all of their business content together. We re also continuing to meet the demands for scalability and support for important international standards, which are absolute musts in order to meet the ECM requirements of global organizations.
