Company-wide Client Management Platform To Become Foundation For All Business Lines at CNW Group

Since the implementation of the Open Text solution, CNW has realized expected cost savings and, most importantly, enhanced the client experience.
The new full-text editorial system provides a single, integrated system to manage customer information, work orders and workflow. CNW Group now has a system capable of fulfilling client requests for news release preparation and delivery via wire, fax or email to local and international networks all from one platform, with faster delivery times.
