Bluware Solution Integrates Livelink Collaboration and Workflow with Oracle E-Business Suite

Bluware s InteGreat product marries the best of Livelink with Oracle E-Business Suite modules allowing for seamless flow of documents, data and business workflows.

Houston, TX - 2003-11-12 - Bluware Inc., an Open Text Global Alliance Partner, today announced the availability of Bluware InteGreat®, a product that connects Open Text s ECM suite Livelink® with Oracle s E-Business Suite. The product lets businesses streamline their processes from paper format all the way through to final transaction in their Oracle applications. These features will allow organizations to reduce costs in paper handling, minimize human error , increase efficiencies in the approval processes for documents, improve security, and audit of workflows. Bluware InteGreat adds collaboration and increased workflow functions to the Livelink product by extending the Oracle workflow features in the client s ERP system.
Bluware announced the news at LiveLinkUp Orlando 2003, Open Text s annual users conference underway this week, November 3rd-6th.

Bluware InteGreat supports Oracle E-business Suite versions up to 11.5.9 on UNIX, NT based and LINUX platforms. Livelink s collaboration and content management features include robust workflows which automate processes so that businesses can operate more efficiently and reduce costs. Now with the Bluware InteGreat product line, businesses that run on Oracle Applications can realize these same benefits all the way through their ERP system.

To improve our clients invoice payment processes we recommend Livelink with integration to Oracle s e-business suite. This application marriage allows our clients to receive documents, track them electronically and route them through approvals and payment, all through workflow technology.

The InteGreat product takes advantage of functionality that already exists in both systems. Information flows between both systems provide updates of documents and data to ensure consistency all the way through the business process. Corporations that have already invested in Oracle applications and in Livelink find this solution to be a natural fit in their business architecture. Business workflows that were once people intensive can be facilitated with automation and delivered through standard email technology or the Oracle notifications screens.
