IXOS CEO to Speak at Open Text AGM
Waterloo, ON - 2003-12-08 - Open Text Corporation (Nasdaq: OTEX, TSX: OTC), provider of Livelink®, the leading collaboration and content management software for the global enterprise, today announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) Conference Centre on Thursday, December 11th at 10:00 a.m. ET. Shareholders will be asked to approve the issuance of additional shares in connection with the acquisition of IXOS Software AG by a wholly owned subsidiary of Open Text.
Guest speakers include Robert Hoog, CEO of IXOS, as well as Gerard van der Burg, VP, Technology and Information Management of the Global Development Group of CARE International.
Demonstrations of IXOS and Open Text Technology, including Livelink® 9.2, will be available in the foyer from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
