GE to Integrate Corechange Technology Into Its Clinical Information Systems to Efficiently and Securely Manage User Access to Clinical Applications and Patient Information
Milwaukee, WI and Boston, MA - 2001-09-25 - GE Medical Systems Information Technologies, a clinical information management unit of General Electric (NYSE: GE), and Corechange, Inc., a global provider of e-access framework software, today announced an exclusive agreement to integrate Corechange technology into GE s clinical information systems. GE will distribute the integrated technology solution to hospitals worldwide, providing clinicians with secure, single sign-on access to all appropriate applications and information sources through a personalized user interface. Additionally, GE Medical will deploy Corechange s Coreport® technology throughout its own business.
